Inspection: usually half a day or one full day.
Audit: typically 2 days.
Troubleshooting: usually 1 day.
The fee consists of two parts: basic service fee + travel cost. We provide a clear quote before the service starts, with no hidden fees.
Q2: If I am not in China, how can I ensure the authenticity of the inspection results?
We provide:
On-site photos + videos (covering at least 30 key checkpoints)
Detailed inspection report (with defect description, acceptance criteria, and defect rate)
Traceable records (time, location, inspector signature, batch number)
You can also join the inspection via video call. Every inspection comes with a complete chain of evidence — fully transparent and verifiable.
Q3: Do you only provide inspection services, or can you also help source suppliers?

We operate with a fully transparent pricing model — service fees are charged separately from product costs. We never take commissions or kickbacks
from factories. Our value comes from long-term partnerships with you, not one-time deals. If quality fails due to hidden interests, we lose our own
reputation. Protecting your interests is protecting our own.
Q6: What products can you inspect? Are there any you do not accept?
We specialize in: consumer electronics, beauty & cosmetics, outdoor gear, power supplies, audio products (speakers), and lightweight/portable goods.
We do NOT accept: medical devices, chemical products, food, or bulk raw materials (to avoid misleading you due to lack of professional expertise).

Yes, we offer the following services:
Pre-audit: Simulate audit against customer standards, list issues, and recommend fixes (1-2 days)
Documentation support: Help optimize quality manuals, procedures, and forms (as needed)
Corrective follow-up: Track factory fixes for identified issues (as needed)
On-site accompaniment: Accompany during the audit, help answer questions, and provide documents (1 day)
Pricing depends on factory size, product complexity, and audit standards — typically RMB 2,000-5,000 per audit (excluding travel). We provide a fully
transparent quote upfront.
